<P>在视频编辑过程中，可以将视频虑镜应用到Timeline（时间线）窗口中的任意一个视频剪辑或者静态画面中。</P>

(4)单击被导入到项目文件管理器窗口，将其拖动到视频轨道上，如图2,3所示。（此处导入为事先做好的premiere字幕文件）

(7)单击展开"Video Effects（视频）"选项，在分类文件夹下选择一种视频虑镜效果。此处选择"Transform/Camera View"视频虑镜效果，如图5所示。

$ E2 w1 j8 x' ~3 V4 O$ S& P; K' v& t(9)执行主菜单"Windows（窗口）/Effect Controls（效果控制）"命令，打开"Effect Control（效果控制）"窗口。
(10)在"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中选择已经添加视频效果的剪辑，即可在"Effect Control（效果控制）"窗口中设置当前素材被赋予的各种效果。如图6所示。

- N! L4 @5 L7 c/ V. o7 \(16)选择"Video Effects（视频）"选项中的"Blur/Gaussian"视频虑镜效果,将其拖放到"Timeline（时间线）"窗口中的素材上。
2 B' u; a; _6 c7 s! P(17)在素材00:00:00:15位置添加一关键祯。保持此关键祯处虑镜效果设置不做调整。
(18)将编辑线拖动到素材的结尾关键祯位置，在"Effect Control（效果控制）"窗口的"Gaussian Blur"选项中调整虑镜数值：Blurriness:47;Blur Dimensions:Horizontal and Vertical
(19)选择“文件/时间线输出”，最终效果如下。 </P>
